We ship worldwide! Wherever you are, we’ll do our best to get your ByAzier order to your doorstep.

🕒 Processing Time

All products are made to order. Average fulfillment time:

• 2–7 business days for production

• This time may vary during holidays or sales

🚛 Shipping Time

After fulfillment, shipping times are:

• USA: 3–7 business days

• EU: 5–10 business days

• International: 10–21 business days, depending on destination

📬 Tracking Your Order

Once your order ships, you’ll receive a confirmation email with a tracking number.
You can track your order anytime on our Track Order page.

⚠️ Possible Delays

• Customs, global events, or high-volume periods may affect delivery.

• Delays are out of our control once the product leaves the fulfillment center.

• Please ensure your shipping address is correct to avoid failed deliveries.

🔄 Return & Exchange Policy

Because our items are made to order, we cannot accept returns or exchanges for:

• Wrong size, color, or style selection

• Buyer’s remorse

✅ We Accept Replacements Only If:

• The item arrives damaged

• The print is misaligned or defective

• The wrong item was received

You must contact us within 7 days of delivery.

📝 How to Request a Replacement

1. Email us at support@byazier.com

2. Include:

   • Order number

   • Clear photos of the issue

   • A short description of the problem

3. Our team will review and notify you of the approval/refund/replacement.

❌ Items That Cannot Be Replaced or Refunded

• Orders where the shipping address was incorrect

• Orders delayed by couriers or customs

• Returns due to sizing issues (please refer to the Size Guide on each product page)
